Construction Projects – Data Collection Phase

This course introduces third year students to the foundational steps in managing a construction project, with a focus on the initial data collection phase. Students will study and trace the construction process, identify key stakeholders and their roles, analyze technical documents and contractual materials, and learn to detect potential anomalies. Through practical exercises, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of how construction operations are organized and documented.

finally, the results of the first phase , of managing the existing construction project will be documented in the final thesis, following a well defined structure, from project presentation, architectural and technical analysis, supported by all project's documents.
